This dress was originally a ‘cold shoulder’ dress but in the 2nd & 3rd photos you’ll see I cut the shoulder part off. Fits 3x-4x. Great for larger chests. The cut sections need to be snipped and cleaned up a little. I needed it for a very last minute event. Stretch under layer and chiffon over top.
