WINDSOR Blue Mini Flare Dress SMALL

This item has been worn only once. Windsor blue mini flare lace dress. This dress is strapless with little elastic flared arm sleeves so the dress looks “off the shoulder”. Lace-looking dress. Tie around waist. Bottom of dress (see in pics) has multiple under lining layers. The tulle flares the dress out so it doesn’t fall straight down. Super cute fun dress. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it! Still in very good condition!
