@rortiz1988 Hi, so sorry for the late response — I just moved to a new city/apt and started a new job, so I haven’t had any time to check PM lately.
I have both a size XXS and an XS available — according to the With JÉAN website the XXS fits a 23-25” waist and the XS fits a 25-26.5” waist. Note that these are meant to be quite low-rise / sit just at the hip, so they might feel looser than you’re accustomed to based on those measurements.

@rortiz1988 If you don’t want to wear them as low-rise, I’d say that they run quite a bit large. Worn as normal cargos, the XXS would probably best fit a 24-27”, while the XS would probably be best for a 26-28.5”.
