These look exactly like Wolverine"s Spencer line boots, the first boots I bought from Wolverine over 11 years ago. You may wish to research the price on them. From Wolverine's own website to multiple online and store retailers, your price is high, higher than I would consider even if I was to counter-offer. Also, some others also come with coupons, discounts, and promotions that drive the price down even more. I love these boots VERY MUCH. I am sorry, but I easily pass on your price.

And, though the description states they are Suede, they are actually waterproof grain leather. That's a huge selling point to add to their overall lightweight and comfort. This is what I call Wolverine's Flagship boot. It's been on the market for a loooong time and sells, sells, sells. Wolverine once had an all Black version, but discontinued it several years back. I, personally, wish that it would return.
