These Nike's are great for walking/running or lifting. I am a true size 6.5 and these fit like a glove. They are super comfortable and have only been worn a few times. Only getting rid of them because I have too many pairs of shoes and am downsizing. They are in almost new condition and definitely have a ton of wear left in them.
