@l_hubbard97 they run a little big, I would say if you’re a medium they’ll still have a bit of room in the waist and definitely baggy in the legs. I’ll try to get a photo with them today!

I'm okay with baggy in the legs, but the fit in the waist/hips is what I'm a little more worried about. A photo would be great, thanks!

@l_hubbard97 added some photos! They have velcro tabs at the waist to tighten. I am a true size small and pull them about halfway to fit at my natural hip. If I leave them un-tightened then the pants fall more to the widest part of my hip which works when I wear pads underneath.
