For your consideration: a NWT Newport top/sweatshirt/tunic from Workshop in the Newport style in Navy in size Large. Super soft and perfect for leggings, it also features a complimentary cowl neck and is the perfect length to throw on over leggings or skinny jeans. Constructed of 68% rayon, 25% polyester and 7% spandex and it is soft! An armpit to armpit measure is hard to get due to the dolman sleeves but from neck to cuff, it measures approx. 25" and from back of neck to hem is 28.5".
