WORN ONCE! Girls Peacock Tulle Skirt Dress Costume Blue Green Purple Fits 7-9 YO

Oh lord above where do I start with this one. Worn once to trick or treat two years ago. Really difficult to measure but she was 9 when she wore this and it fit perfectly. She is very slender for her age, if that’s helpful. Satin halter tie, more tulle than I know what to do with. Skirt is also difficult to measure but from the top to bottom of the longest part of the tulle it’s about 5’. The turquoise marabou is coming off the top because that’s just the nature of marabou but it’s easily coverable. I’ve included a picture so you can see. Happy to attempt measurements if needed. There is a jersey lining that’s like a tube dress inside (again, see best attempt at pic) but I would DEFINITELY advise wearing a pair of shorty shorts (or tights?) underneath because that lining was not long enough in my opinion. My understanding is that this was a stupid expensive purchase from Etsy so enjoy a significant price drop. 🙃
