WORN ONCE - MAC DUGGAL -TIE NECK TIERED HALTER GOWN

High neck halter gown features a pleated bodice, a belted waist, and a tiered floor-length skirt. I also spent $150 to have the dress hemmed because it was outrageously long and this fabric is not cheap to hem. I am 5’4 and I was still wearing 5-inch heels so I didn't have it hemmed short.
