This Worthington women's white petite short sleeved blouse only has the 'Worthington Petite' tag in it, so please check these flat measurements for sizing. This dressy blouse has 8 buttons going down the front of the blouse. The shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve top measures 11", and the bottom of the sleeve from the underarm seam to the end of the sleeve meaures 4 3/4". The actual opening for your arm measures 7". The chest measurement from side seam to side seam measures 21", and so does the waist. The top shoulder seam down to the bottom of the blouse measures 24 3/4". The blouse is almost sheer and in picture #4, you can see black dots going down the design in the front of the blouse. Those aren't real black dots, I put a black garment in there to show that they are punched out holes in the material.
