WOW Couture bandage skirt in dark turquoise. Size medium. Polyester & spandex. You really have to work to put it on. Would go on a small easier. It's a little see-through when stretched completely out. Not the highest quality garmet. Measured flat across. Waist: 13-15" Length: 21.5"
