The skirt is so beautiful. I think it may be homemade because there are no tags on it. I’m just polyester rayon fabric and bright bright colors including orange green pink yellow and blue all on a black background. It is all in excellent condition. It has a zip back. I have it on a dress form for a size 10 and it is a bit tight so it may be a size 6 to 8. Waist laying flat side to side is 13 inches. hip measures about 19 inches flat to flat on one side. Waist to hem is 41 inches.You are buying just the skirt ,not the items shown with it. They are listed elsewhere in my closet.
