This piece is in what I call excellent condition! It has no holes, stains, snags or signs or wear or repair. The tag is missing but fabric tag is on. Frilly lace is approximately 2.5 inches along the top & bottom. There is a snap closure on the bottom. You can wear it either way depending on what you want to showcase this is a stunner!! .
