WTOO 159 jubilee size 10

Wtoo style 159 in color jubilee is a strapless sweetheart neckline with a sequin floral design top and tulle flowy skirt, comes with removable tulle belt. This dress also has removable thin spaghetti straps that can be used or not. This dress is a new sample but does have a hole by tulle in back of dress, please see pics. Not really noticeable bc tulle belt covers it in the back. This is a size 10 and would fit the following measurements: Bust: 38” Waist: 30” Hip: 40.5”
