I love the dress just I don’t like the design on the top can that come off with out messing up the dress
Mar 08Reply

rethaalexander
@ladargan It can come off easily. The design is actually an appliqué that is sewn on, so it can be removed. Let me know if you have any other questions 😊
Mar 08Reply

rethaalexander
@ladargan If you do decide to purchase it and would like me to remove it, I would be happy to do that free of charge after the purchase. 😊

@ladargan Hey there. I would love to sell you the dress and I appreciate the counter offer, but due to the 20% fee that Posh takes from any sale, I can’t go below $199 because it will put my earnings way below what I paid for the dress. $199 still has me losing a few $ but that’s better then $30 or $40. Let me know if you can do the $199 and I will decline the other offer so you can send a $199 offer. Thanks 😊

ladargan
@rethaalexander that fine I understand but the piece in the front has to go so you can decline it and I will think about my final decision

rethaalexander
@ladargan Sounds good. Thanks and let me know if you have any other questions. It would take me about 10 minutes to remove the piece on the front.

@ladargan Are you still interested in this dress? Just touching base with people who have messaged me with interest in this and other dresses. Have a good one. 😊

i want it can you hold it until after Christmas?
Dec 20Reply

rethaalexander
@naomicollins792 I can place it on hold, but the dress is listed on multiple sites so I can’t guarantee that it won’t sell elsewhere since some don’t offer an option to hold an item. Did you have a specific date in mind to hold until?

naomicollins792
December 26th ! its my next payday
Dec 20Reply

rethaalexander
@naomicollins792 I’ll put it on hold til the 26th.

@rethaalexander I wear a street 12 would this work,I'm 38 bust
Jan 13Reply

rethaalexander
@judearhodes170 Generally formals tend to run 1-2 sizes smaller than the label. This designer does make their size 10 with bust 38
Jan 13Reply

rethaalexander
@judearhodes170 waist is 30 hips 40 1/2. An option some people would consider if it was a little small is replace the zipper with a corset. I prefer corset myself as you can make it as tight or loose as you want and it pulls everything in nicely.

jmar4408
You mentioned the front piece is removable?
Aug 13Reply

rethaalexander
@jmar4408 it is removable. The sequins and beadwork is on a separate piece that was lightly sewn on so it’s easily removable.

Love the dress!! My daughter wants a corset instead of zipper. I’m going to keep talking to her about this dress.
May 12Reply

rethaalexander
@mrsthea The zipper could be cut down and replaced with a corset. I wouldn’t remove the entire zipper because it goes down so far.

mrsthea
Are there any issues with the dress like stains or rips?
May 12Reply

rethaalexander
@mrsthea no, it’s brand new with tags.
May 12Reply

mrsthea
@rethaalexander I inquired about that with 2 alteration companies about an hour ago and they both have done it but said it would cost several hundreds and 1 wouldn’t guarantee results. Both had high ratings so I thought it might be an easy change but I stand corrected. But again, I’m not giving up yet!
