WTOO by Watters Phaedra size 12 in ivory

WTOO by Watters Phaedra dress size 12 in ivory. Dress altered in the top area (where the mikado is) and was taken out a total of 1 1/2 inches in chest and high waist. (Fits in chest area more like size 14) Straps taken up 1 inch and can be let back out. No alterations to the bottom of the dress besides bustle. Bustle strings can be cut off if not needed. Dress dry cleaned and in great condition. Length is regular length
