Cocktail dress by WTOO BY WATTERS. Asymmetrical ruffle details with convertible straps (removable so is able to be worn strapped or strapless). Near perfect condition, with one small (barely visible, had to edit the photo to make it come through) oil stain near the hem. Size 6. Boning structure throughout the top. Navy color chiffon over navy lining. Smooth sweetheart neckline and fitted style (with ruching, so it doesn’t lay completely flat, of course). Approximate dimensions (laying flat): Armpit to armpit: 15” Length: 31”
