lacollective317 @nancyv2 Hi Nancy I haven’t updated you yet bc I have not heard back from Posh yet. I’ve not dealt with this before and not sure of their procedure for this. I will follow up with them again now, or you do have the option to go into your order and process a return. I was hoping to hear from them today since it’s Monday. Not sure if they respond on weekends….

nancyv2 @lacollective317 It won't let me process return they told me once I receive the package I have 72 hours I didn't accept the package because I didn't get it until the 14th it was forwarded to me from vandalia mo post office on the 12th
