joannaadams439 Hey! I really want to see actual photos of this skirt. Just to confirm, it’s a skirt without a top? The dress I want is by Watters and has that horsehair style skirt, but I can’t get it in a 0-4 in time for my date. This skirt appears to be the same as the dress I want (it’s called the “Hilty”), but I guess I’d need to get a corset separately? Please send photos of the skirt when you can. In the meantime
