WToo by Watters Nori Skirt Size 8

Gorgeous Wtoo horsehair skirt in Size 8 Only worn for the ceremony Has ties in the skirt to tie up the train to shorten it so you don’t step on the dress. Was shortened to 5’3” plus 3” heels but not from the bottom (because I didn’t want the horsehair trim impacted). It was pinched throughout the skirt and can be released to lengthen the dress. I tried to include a picture to better explain. Happy to include ribbon belt that matches the Maelin corset (also listed on Poshmark) if you would like it. Needs a dry cleaning that is why it is priced so low.
