WWII Naval Clothing Factory VTG Wool Crackerjack Sailor Uniform Top Shirt

Vintage sailor shirt is approximately 20” across chest armpit to armpit, 25” sleeve measured from shoulder to cuff, 16.5” from shoulder to shoulder, 23” from shoulder to hem Wool fabric with several moth holes as shown in photos. Name on inside hem is Wallace Fairleigh Long sleeve with 2 buttons at cuff that have an anchor on each button. The white piping at cuffs and at neckline and then back around the collar have rust colored spots throughout The patch on the left sleeve has an eagle and a medical symbol and 2 red rank v’s Dry Clean Heavy Weight Pullover Tag under the back collar says “Manufactured by Naval Clothing Factory Name Wallace” Questions?
