kimollie64 @cpalacios22 Hello. In my opinion, this is sterling silver and not silver plated. The patina (tarnish) is that of sterling silver. Please look closely at, and zoom in on, each photo. The last two photos are of a different badge, with the same crest, leading me to believe, to the best of my knowledge, that the WWII Pilot Badge in my closet is indeed sterling silver. I would never misrepresent an item for the sake of a sale. Please don’t hesitate if you have any other questions.
