tessfromsouth @kicker13 it really depends on how tight that you want it to be. It does have multiple hook closures so you can go bigger or put it on the tightest closure. I am an 8 as well but I have a thicker waist which is why I bought it in the first place. I feel like my waist is a 10!🤪.
