Waist Length Light Hoodie Jacket or Top Size Large ( runs small) Worn Once

Worn & washed once, like new condition. Label says L but pit to pit across front measurement is only 17” so I am calling it a Medium. Faux leather strip down hood, cuffs of sleeves & waistband. 95% cotton & 5% spandex. Material is a thin cotton feel which is really more of a top than jacket! Zips up & ties at neck if wanted. Machine cold, hang dry. Length is 16&1/2” from mid shoulder to hem. Depending on height could be crop length or waist length. It’s really cute but more suited to a teen or young woman in my opinion.
