Waist Tie Paisley Tank Dress Keyhole Cutout

Cute paisley print easy fit dress with a waist tie, string belt, and keyhole cutout. Garment is slightly faded but this dress still has plenty of life, did I mention it’s super soft? The button fell off the back closure but there is a replacement button. In addition only one of the strings to hold the belt is still attached but that can be easily remedied with some string and a needle. Size tag has been cut but it fits a small. See measurements.
