First two weeks just wear it everyday for 8-12. Start it out on the first clip. Don't you dare try and go to the third one. You will die. Do not I REPEAT DO NOT WEAR IT TO BED. YOU WILL WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND STRUGGLE SO MUCH. PLUS YOU MAY DIE OR WHATEVER. anyway.

Next two weeks start running and move to the second clip. Still continue to wear 8-12 hours. Next two weeks start hardcore workouts. Move to third clip. I can't tell you what to do after that. I'm still at my second week. I've seen some results. Don't expect to move down 4 sizes.
