vray93 @thailee24 it's rubber latex. The hooks have 3 levels and the zipper is strong. I haven't had any issues with customers saying they had issues with the product. I've had mine for about 3 months. I honestly wear it from like 9 am-6 at night and I'm obsessed with the results!!! P.s. You still have to diet and exercise! I also have sweat belts you can combine this with and wear the sweat belt to the gym!

msbei @vray93 Well im not sure what the difference is with this trainer but it has no stretch to it at all. I usually order my trainers in the same size I've ordered this one in with no problem. Now I'm new to the whole waist trainer thing but the two I have for working out in are both 2x. I had my sister try this on thats a 9-10 and it fits her perfectly. I am a 12-14 14 having room and can't even get the 2x around. Can this be returned?

Why would I want another size when the size I've ordered is very much my size with room? There is a thing called Karma. Lesson learned.
