Love this dress - it’s beautiful vintage!vibrant red with black pin stripes, belted waist There’s no tag for material but it feels like a cotton, and outer felt-like material (not sure how else to describe, it’s soft to the touch on the outside, almost like a velvety felt)... elastic waist band goes from 28” to 38” The belt is 35.5”
