"Wallflower" Dress

Light pink and white with a floral print. Ruched back for lots of stretch. Looks terrible on my mannequin because the way the dress is made in the bust area I couldn't get it to work. Soft flowy fabric with no stretch except back ruching. Ruffle on the bottom. Adjustable straps. Fit and flare. Little tie on the front. Measurements and fabric content in photos. #22
