kcarlak Is the XL fits small what is the waist measurement or could it fir a size 4?

alaskanstyle @kcarlak I thought it would be too loose for sure, but surprisingly it does fit me and I'm a sz 2-4 or XS-S depending on the brand. Maybe BC it's an elastic waistband and given its NWOT, hasn't been stretched. It's definitely not snug, but not at all ill fitting or too loose that it would slip.
