Fabric very stretchy- measurements are taken with dress laying flat and unstretched- Pit to pit 18”, waist at ruched band 13”, length from top of shoulder to bottom of hem 42”, shoulder seam to wrist 17”- v-neck formed from overlapping fabric- ruched band at waist- black background with brown/tan/gray circular designs
