It has a flat, elasticated waistband and is below knee/ Midi Length. The size 16 UK translates to a US 12 ( BUT IT RUNS V LARGE) There is plenty of room at the hips/ tummy area, and, to walk. aileennorrisca @tamaracav HI. Is it ok if I get those for you tomorrow? I just got out of hospital with Pneumonia! Sorry. ( it's VERY generously sized, and, hits below my knee).I'm 5ft 4. I would say it's more of a 14/16 ( but , I listed by the tag) Will send the measurements tomorrow.Aileen

aileennorrisca @tamaracav HI. So sorry it took so long. I was in hospital for longer than expected. ok. FLAT elasticated all round waistband, 18in, ( before stretch) Hip ( 23in flat before stretch) Length, top to hem, 28.5in. Width of hem, at v bottom, flat, 20in. THERE IS LOADS of room for stretch, if you so need. hope this info helps. Best.Aileen
