They are very light stains, barely noticeable. There is also some very minor picking on the back, as it is the only part of the dress that is a polyester stretched material, the rest seems to be a nice quality cotton, no picking. Bow is wrinkled and could use ironing out. Bow velcro is in great condition. Size is Small (I would guess 4-6)
