Beautiful cocktail dress by designer Walter Baker. Dark blue sheath with built-in slip and beaded details. Zipper with hook and eye closure. Great for a wedding or for cocktail attire. Gently used, a few beads missing but not noticeable. Size medium. Hits at approximately mid-thigh.
