NWT. Small. Amazing top from Wanda Nylon. DRAMA. One shoulder giant ruffle. Plissé fabric in a structured top that zips on/off (supports both busty + not busty). Very Slimane Saint Laurent paired with black vinyl pencil skirt, or do an all white look as on runway. Bought NWT off Ebay for New Years and never wore, now am moving. Note: color is not as bright white as on the runway (very normal when things go to production). It is a bit more off white, with variation. BEAUTIFULLY made.
