Wardrobe NYC Green Cropped Down Puffer Jacket

I purchased this jacket new and full price in NYC. I had it for a while and never wore it, hence why I decided to sell on Poshmark. I only recently saw the black marks on the back. I did have the tags on the jacket, but I sold it to a posher who returned it without the tags which is super disappointing :( It’s a great jacket and the black marks are barely visable I cannot tell what it is. I think a colour transfer mark, but it will not come out. Best way to describe it is it looks like the feathers inside are wet.
