Warehouse brand 90s blazer suit jacket

Button front Warehouse tailored black jacket that is lined with two front pockets, I never snipped them open. Has padded shoulders in true 90s style. Smart office style in a subdued British manner. Label marked size 10 but says U.S.A 6/7. I'd venture to say that it's a more roomy 90s fit and could fit a size 8. Pit to pit measurement is 18" and shoulder to hem is 24" dry clean only. This is used vintage condition. Back of the label says P but I don't know if that means petite? Inside of arm measures 13"
