Warren petites peplum / bubble dress with bow accent

Size 8 petite! Was gonna wear this for new years but it’s too small for me in the sleeves. I’m usually a normal 8. I’m more of an athletic build in the chest and shoulders, so I don’t know why I thought I could pull off a petite dress lol. Great condition and super cute !
