decconda Hello, I have interest in your Swiss Legend Commander watch. I actually own the exact same watch except the one I own has a beautiful blue dial face in it. The automatic movement is a Clara-888 Swiss Movement.

decconda Unfortunately the company who made the movement have been out of business for several years but I have been told that parts are still available if you know where to look. I’ve always been fond of the Swiss Legend brand. I started collecting them back when the Swiss Watch International company was in their hay day which is who made the Swiss Legend brand. The watches were not Swiss Made but each watch did have a Swiss Made movement in them.

decconda At one time they even had a two hour television program with Jim Skeleton as host. Jim was very knowledgeable about many brands of watches. We still talk on occasion when our paths cross. I would be interested in adding this piece to my Swiss Legend watch collection because it has a white dial face in it. Because the listing shows New With Tags I’m assuming that all the bracelet links are still on the bracelet. Am I correct?

decconda I’m trying really hard to purchase this piece from you. One of my favorite watches is one exactly like this one except mine has one of the most beautiful blue dial faces I have ever seen. Swiss Legend put two coats of lacker on the dial to really make the blue stand out. I wish this sell site allowed me to send pictures so I could let you see it. It’s so beautiful. I’d love to add this one to my collection. It would definitely get its fair share of wrist time.
