Watch Style Vintage Compact with Powder in tact.

Sorry no puff. Can't find the maker either. The original owner told me her husband paid "handsomely" for it over 30 years ago. Basing my process from a little research. Under the loop it appears to be a Victorian woman walking her two dogs in a meadow. From the cleaning cloth, I believe it is brass. Thanks for looking.
