Watch with Crystals

Gold tone and silver tone watch It's Cato brand. It has Diamond written on the face. There is a diamond or a crystal at the 12 o'clock position. Stainless steel case back Japan movement Accutime Watch Corp. On each side it has two rows of 4 crystals? It has some of the gold tone rubbed off from wear around the watch area but it's still very pretty and I didn't notice it until I got a bright light on it.
