Water resistant raincoat

Long women's raincoat in grayish blue bought from Amazon. In great condition and nice and warm, but I need something fully waterproof to walk my dog in and this is not. In heavy downpour moisture starts to come in at the seams, so this is more ideal for anything other than long walks in the rain! very cute and flattering with zipper pockets and attached hood. bought less than a year ago for $60
