Watercolor dress

This chiffon-like knee length dress is so flattering. I am tall and usually a size 8-12 and it falls so nicely! The neckline and shoulders are the perfect cut. Beautiful colors. I've worn twice and received compliments galore. Looks great with flip flops or heels to dress it up.
