Watercolor floral print dress on black background

Close-fitting sheath dress with stand up collar, black waistband. Red, white & blue watercolor-y flowers on black ground. Slit in back. This has almost an Asian, Suzy Kwan feel to it. Below the knee length (41”), 17” across the chest. Never worn!
