tabbysaurusx Hi! Can I ask the waist measurement? And is the tie on the bust able to be untied/adjusted or is it sewn tied?

xladydeath_ @tabbysaurusx laying flat the waist is 13inches. The back of the dress/waist area is stretchy by about 3inches aswell so can give a bit more room. The tie is just for decoration. 😊
