Watters 1502 plum size 10

Watters style 1502 in color plum is a strapless sweetheart neckline with a rouched dropped waist bodice that goes into a fit and flare skirt that has a side slit. The zipper on this dress is broken and needs to be completely replaced, this is considered in price but offers are welcome. The rest of the dress is in great condition.
