This is a Watters WTOO Katy Dress in Ivory. It has lingerie lace and is a Georgette gown style with delicate spaghetti straps and corset bodice. The fit-and-flare Georgette skirt features lace godets leading to its dramatic chapel train. It has been altered and hemmed with a beautiful, custom bustle.
