Watters & Watters Suit Dress

Gorgeous suit w/long skirt; Watters & Watters high quality; size tag is missing—measurements suggest a size 10; zippers run smooth; it looks like there should be buttons on front of top but they are missing but can be easily replaced w/rhinestones which would make this suit more gorgeous; no rips or holes; small smudges on front but I don’t notice them unless I put the skirt under daylight bulbs; measurements made to the best of my ability; pictures made of packaging with buyer’s mailing label
