Way-In strapless sequined mini dress

NWOT Gorgeous sequined strapless dress. Clear sequins on fine mesh with nylon lining and crinoline underneath. Wide satin ribbon belt. Boning on each side of the bodice I bought this dress at Nordstrom Rack for my daughter for homecoming a couple years ago while we were on a spring break vacation. Unfortunately, she grew two inches and an already short dress became too short. The only problem with the dress (other than her removing the tags) is that one of the ribbons used for hanging it on a hanger is frayed on the left front and barely hanging on.
