Do these have stretch or are they 100% cotton?

@shreno If they do, it's not much. They are made to be loose. Maybe tiny bit of wiggle room on the waist. And they are barrel style, so they are really loose. I hate stretch in jeans as my butt stretches out jeans & they get baggy. These are
